Friendly, clean and great equipment. Not like a big box gym, personal and very nice staff. The gym is set up nicely and they offer child care. As well as tanning and massages on site. Shake bar is great and they have a good variety of supplements.
Having a black card I have gone to many CT PF locations, but this one is pretty much up there with the best. They also have 3 hydro massage beds/chairs which is a plus and one more than all the others. I was iffy on going to the gym mid pandemic but this location is fairly vacant most of the time. All in all I’m satisfied with not having to drive to Waterbury for my workouts.
Very well setup. Seems that they keep the place well cleaned and sanitized. Was able to get to all the equipment I needed
Great staff and super clean facility. Manager Mike is genuinely one of the nicer people you will meet. Highly recommend.
