Called store at 10:12 am on a Tuesday they open at 10am( no one answered ) very odd ?? I waited 5 minutes called again ( no answer) anyhow I find the manager Sam to be somewhat rude and direct when I've spoken to hear on the phone other times. Young gal that's a bit chunky and has glasses working the fitting room ( not the nicest) she yelled at me because I went into the fitting room with my shopping cart not knowing that shopping carts were allowed however number one she has no right to raise her voice at a customer she could've been more politethis Old Navy really needs to hire more professional people
Opening the new Old Navy is Southbury was a dream come true. We want to thank everyone who came during our Grand opening. We know it was a bit chaotic but if you ever have any questions or concerns please feel free to come inside or call the store to speak to me personally. I visited this store last week and I saw that the button on the outside for the automatic door was a door bell button and that is not ADA spec. So I had my mom push the button and found out that the door was locked so if I was by myself wouldn't be able to get in the store. This wasn't a good frist impression very disappointing
Staff incompetent and a bunch of hired lil tweens who wander around store not working. They are not knowledgeable and they won’t help if they even can unless you jump in front of them to get their attention.
