Car problems are always a headache, and after an unexpected weekend tow and needing to arrange rides I was pretty frustrated. I called McCreary after putting the word out that I needed a local mechanic, and was connected with Bill right away. He was friendly, upbeat and provided me with feedback and solutions. It was exactly what I needed to hear, and in no time I had towed my car to his shop where he further assessed the problem and confirmed I needed a new starter.nHe didn't try to up-sell me or take advantage of my situation, when I asked how soon we could get the work done he told me he'd have it ready by the end of the day. THE SAME DAY! I paid over the phone and picked my car up after work. I will be returning to McCreary Auto for their reliable service & timeliness, but what really sold me was their positive attitude. Thank you Bill!!

I was visiting from out of state when my car died. They took me immediately and fixed my car for my return home. Very nice owner, knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable
