Horrible service, no communication between office people and technicians. Everyone is very rude, especially the locksmith technicians. I scheduled an appointment to have my car SKIM reprogrammed to my car keys 1 whole week in advance and the technician was more than an hour late. He apparently didn’t even know what he was supposed to be coming out to do for me. Said he didn’t even know if he could program my car and argued with me about the price of the work to be done which was established by Locksmith Service and said he would not come out and hung up in my face. Spoke to the supervisors and they tried to tell me that their prices change daily and that I should have had my appointment on time and that since I missed my appointment, the appointment the technician never showed up for, that the price for their service would increase $90 more. Afterwards argued with me not talking to anyone about having an appointment, then hung up in my face. I assume all these 5 star reviews are fake and paid for. I would never recommend these people!

Excellent service. I had 2 key fobs and a key made for my Toyota Highlander in less than 5 mins. Brian was really professional and understanding. I will definitely visit again. 5 stars service all the way!!!!

Came to the house in under 30 minutes. Very kind and personable man with extensive knowledge of his trade that made the whole experience very pleasant. No hesitation to hire him again.
