The owner is awesome, I love her !!!! She even came to my house on my wedding day to tie my strapless sweet heart corset dress for me !!!!! I was so appreciative that she did this for me out of the kindness of her heart. I walked in on a Friday in May 2017 just 3 weeks before my wedding day & told her I was looking for a wedding dress, she looked me up & down & said, “come back on Saturday & I will have something for you.” I asked, tomorrow? She said, “Yes.” I went back on Saturday & I was amazed that the first dress she had for me to try on was the one, she had a few other options for me but her first pick was the one!!! I put it back on at least 3 times, there was just one concern I had with the dress being transparent at the torso & she told me she can customize it for me by adding the fabric from the length of the dress to conceal the area I was concerned with after she does the alteration on the length & that it would not be transparent anymore, I agreed to have her do this & she did an amazing job with the dress, it was perfect when I tried it on after the alterations were done. I also purchased my beautiful veil from her as well as the dress for my flower girl. I also been here to buy dresses in the past. In 2007 I purchased my daughter’s Senior Prom Dress & it was absolutely stunning.The owner is so sweet, funny, I love her sense of humor. My visits to her shop have always been fun, I have left there happy & so was my daughter & flower girl with their beautiful dresses.

This woman is extremely rude. I went in to look for a dress for my daughters sweet 16. She said she would text me a picture later, which she did. The dress was beautiful and she added the price of 450. I asked if the price was neg. At all and who was maker of the dress. She started texting me in all capital letters and after i havent answered her last 4 texts she continues to send me rude messages. I strongly recommend 3take your business else

The OWNER of His and Hers Formal on 31 Woodtick Rd. Told my 17yr old niece she had a bad attitude while looking for a prom dress and was too big for the dresses because the zipper (which zipped up easily) wouldn't unzip. Leaving my niece stuck in the dress for 10 min.nMy heart broke as my niece who hardly cries was actually bawling. She was told that she shouldn't come back because she has a bad attitude and if she were just a little thinner it wouldn't have happened.nYet she said this was the 4th dress (Not 4th that my niece tried on) where a zipper got stuck and she didn't want to break the zipper on another dress again. Who the hell are you that you would fat shame a 17yr old girl? Now my niece is far from fat yes she is a lil thick and she had the attitude of any 17 yr old girl that's frustrated bc she can't find a dress she likes. This is unacceptable and flat out rude. Especially with the suicide rate among teens in this day and age. You are suppose to lift them up NOT TEAR THEM DOWN AND MAKE THEM CRY
