Went out to car to leave for work to discover vandals had broken windows on multiple cars in my neighborhoodnOne call to Waterbury Auto Glass and replacement window ordered.nDirect dealing with insurance company. All I had to due was show up a couple hours later and situation resolved.nThank You Waterbury Auto Glass for same day, courteous service.

Great work but terrible communication skills. Lies just to get your money. Set up appointment times and never makes them would not refund even when appointments broken. Sad

They did such a good job, the price was very fairy. I called everywhere and they had the best price in Waterbury. The staff is very nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend this place
