Used to buy all my tires from BJ's tires. Costco tire center is much better compare to BJ's in customer service. At BJ's Always some newbie who doesn't know what to do . Went last time, one newbie was training another newbieud83dude01ud83dude01, I went in , no customers , he was showing new person something in computer, so I stayed quiet untill they finish their conversation, conversation kept going , I kept waiting quietly, in between, he looks at me too, after 7-8 minutes, I pretended to walk out, still conversation going on, after about another 7-8 minutes , total waiting for about 15 mins, I just left. And decided to not renew BJ's membership, and went straight to Costco and got new membership, .now, at Costco I called before I went , they over deliver their promise. Much better than BJ's. I am glad I made that change .

Went 20 minutes before closing to get a flat fixed. He said it takes 10 minutes to fix it and there are only 20 minutes left in closing. He said “go put your donut on and come back tomorrow”.

Worse experience. Waited in the shop for 30 minutes before someone even talked to us. Then the guy came in and took all the phone calls and made sales there. Then went back to the shop. Manager made pretend he couldn’t hear us talking to him thru the plexi glass window. Finally made an appointment for 5pm and they called me at 3 canceling. Would never recommend.

Friendly, Helpfully techs. The manager is terrible though. Was the Only customer and been waiting over 45 minutes for the manager to bring out the tires.
