I took my Mercedes SL550 to John and the team for some minor body damaged caused by a fender bender. They not only repaired the body and reset the sensors but they called to let me know that my tires were dangerously worn. They even dealt with a crazy last minute change to our timeline. My car came back shining and without a hint of the previous damage.

There is no other auto body shop that can even begin to compare on so many different levels from dealing with insurance to the restoration of the vehicle. They are both extremely professional and exceptionally kind.

My mother took her car into the shop a day ago. The service went well until the end of it. The mechanic who parked the car outside left the window open in the rain. Had to wait 20 minutes extra for them to vacuum the water from the heavy rain out. The apology and reduced fee was appreciated. Unfortunately, she has to now take my car to work and I'm without a car today. The body shop here is honest and I'm sure is good, but man was all this easily avoidable. It is simple, make sure the vehicle is properly secure when you park outside. We upheld it on our end by removing valuables from the care before it got serviced. Do not make it easier for someone to break into it by leaving the driver window open. I probably will use this service in the future to repair some scrapes on my car. After all, it is cheaper to repair existing body damage than it would be to get a new / used car. We'll try them again, but man this created a whole lot of inconvenience. We appreciate and have been satisfied with how the situation was handled by the owner. :)
