I was driving my mother home from the hospital and got a flat tire. I called Falbos and the gentlemen came and quickly fixed the flat tire. They were polite, friendly and performed the work professionally. I would definitely call them again!! Thank you, again, for your speedy response.

This establishment was completely compassionate and took the time to answer my questions with care. Kol helped me with an issue on my car, that was a simple fix, and took the time to assist me. The gentleman at Falbo’s are very professional. I know what being professional means, being a Police Officer for 19yrs. I understand that it effects integrity, credibility and honesty. I recently brought my vehicle in and was hoping it was just some sensor that was bad. No. What they found was work that I had paid for at another garage in Seymour just wasn’t completed. These men are upfront, tell you what’s wrong and when an appointment is made? Your vehicle gets the attention it should. No “Hey can you leave it for a couple of day’s” Though sometime it does happen it didn’t happen to me. Again not like other garages. My car was not moved from the same spot for 3 days. On the fourth they call you.nTheir shop is immaculate. You can eat off the floors. Every tool in its place where it should be. I have a broken spine. In the line of duty injury. I was help out of the car. I was helped into the car. Here’s a warning. DO NOT TRUST A VALVOLINE SHOP for fluid changes. They screw you. Check engine light on? Go to Falbo’s. The things the caught? Saved me thousands down the road. I know it. So all I can say is great job men. The family fleet will be going to you from now on. Thank you and thank every sungle worker there that strives for professionalism and courtesy to your customers.

Always a pleasure to deal with Kol and the guys. I have been coming here for 12 years even before they took it over. Service has only gotten better...and it was already pretty damn good! A big plus - They respond to emails which makes my life allot simpler! They also back up their work. If you aren't happy they will make it right. George Soltis
