A wide variety of delicious shakes that are under 250 calories. I honestly was shocked at how good it was! I had what is called the Chesapeake I think. Regardless it was delicious. They also serve a tea with it to help with digestion. Another important thing to mention was that the people were friendly too. I definitely would go there again.
What a way to get healthy and feel better. The atmosphere and the staff here is amazing
