Always hot and cooked perfectly no matter How late we order. Friendly drivers and neat presentation of food. They never forget my extra sides!
My pizza was delivered upside down, on the stairs and folded in half. The delivery driver was Nadeem. All because I didn’t have the extra money to give him a tip (I’m a full time college student paying rent and my own bills) this was completely unnecessary.
We have gone to this Domino's at this new location a good amount of times, I WOULD HAD GIVEN YOU 4 STARS. But our visit yesterday July 22 was concerning due to COVID19. I say this not because of the young ladies making the pizzas as they all had a mask on!!! But the tall guy with the facial hair who was taking pizza and other food out of oven to cut and box it up was standing over the food TALKING VERY LOUDLY!!!! Problem was he HAD ON NO MASK!!!!!! Once I started looking at him he stopped talking to the other staff but still had on no mask. Owner please go back and review your cameras to see who this was and also address the other staff who were not wearing mask as well!! I understand how uncomfortable mask are. But but if your staff is not required to wear or keep their mask on their faces not hanging on one ear, please let me know and I will adjust my frequency of visits to your establishment.
Wings were soggy that looked through in some white sauce. The pizza and garlic twist were greasy and soggy. Very disappointed ud83dude1e
This isn't the old Domino's from the past. Domino's in 2020 is excellent. The food is always great, hot and quickly delivered. If I'm going to have a chicken parmesan sandwich Domino's is my first choice. The stuffed breads and pizza are among the best in West Haven area. Yes it isn't Wooster street pizza house type pizza which is great pizza also. But for a busy family with limited time Domino's has did a great job at earning my business though investing in delivering hot great tasting food fast every time I place a order.
