was just here milford location 6p friday and TWO lady managers were in the front of the store. they made the effort to eyeball the type of car i was driving before i got out.. we walked in with a online return bag i immediately start looking for things to swap my return for. the manager ladys with clipboards didnt greet us. but they did look us up and down. the actual employees were sweet as pie but as the leaders set the precedent in every store, i was grateful even tho no one offered to help me look or to upsell me or giveme addons or anything.nnmind you im blessed to drive a newer car, i I consciously chose nicer clothes to wear bc i expected to be judged this way, and ive had a banana credit card so long they just upgraded me to black. .npathetic service specifically on the managers part
