Very likely Miguel Martinez our service advisor is the best Thumbs up
Took my car here out of convenience to get a nail puncture plugged up. After keeping me waiting an entire hour, they told me I needed new tires and they couldnt help me. I went to a tire shop down the road where the owner, who had been in business 40 years, laughed and told me the guys here wouldnt know a tire if it hit them in the face. After dealing with Miguel and Albert, Id have to agree! He must be a tire doctor/guru bc he got me plugged up in and out within 10 minutes. I cant in good faith recommend this place to anybody - seems like they wanted to upsell on new tires rather than take care of the customer. 0/5 would not recommend.
I was a long time West Haven resident. Last year moved to Derby. I still go back to Walmart in West Haven. I've tried Walmart in Milford and was unhappy with the service. Actually had to go back the one time I switched to Milford because the tech didn't tightened my lug nuts enough and my tire was wobbling. That was two years ago. George in West Haven is awesome. Friendly, helpful and always has a smile. 3 months ago I went for an oil change and was longer than usual but I figured they were short staffed due to covid. Going this morning. Will give an update on service as far as time.
Fast service....very reasonable pricing....good job
This the worst place in America never mind Walmart's signs telling customers tissues but sodes one cashier out employees can't speak no English credit card only
