Joe, from my local store in Orange, CT was very informative and helpful. He was straightforward which I appreciated. Ultimately the generator I ordered arrived weeks before it was due. When I called about getting a less than common van battery, staff was very helpful. When I came to get it, installation was part of the deal. It was not easy and Andres worked really hard on the rusty bolts, etc. It took a while, and he was very helpful, courteous. Wonderful experience!

Have always had a great experience with batteries purchased here. The batteries have always lasted the expected 4-5 years. My last tractor battery purchased here lasted 7 years. Other batteries may be good but these batteries always meet and have exceeded my expectations.
