It was 5am. Battery problem and I was just 7min away from Pep Boys. I waited till they open. They immediately came over the car and ask me if everything was ok. I explained what was going on and they took care of my car problems quickly, professionally, and with all the safety protocols in action. I may not be wearing a mask in the pic. It was 5am and alone. Safty always first and I can say Pep Boys 5 stars all the way around. Thank you all for taking care of me.

I went to change my tires which was pre scheduled. I was on time they told me it will take 2 hours to change only 2 tires.. but it was not done by 3.5 hr. I would not never recommend anyone next time.
This is really about Alexa. I had 2 flat tires and it was late, no one was open and I had to be towed. Fortunately you were open but were going to be closing soon. I was so grateful when Alexa took me after being dropped off by a tow truck. She was very helpful, I was so grateful... She was very mature in her business handlings and acted in a way I would expect a true professional and business owner to act. I end up buying 4 tires after getting some great advice from Alexa. You continued to work on my car even though you were late closing. I will remember this great treatment at a desperate time of need and will be back again. Thank you Pep Boys... and thank you Alexa.
