I can see why no one goes here in the morning. Completely dead and had to wait forever for my drink (which was made wrong) because the barista was too busy flirting with a guy sitting at the counter. Even tho my drink cup was sitting in front of her for a good 5 minutes before she decided to you know, do her job.
Still fairly slow with getting drinks and the cleanliness needs work. Seems to be some serious turnover recently? Everyone there is SUPER nice though and you are usually greeted promptly with a smile. Please let's try and speed things up
I would not normally write a review for a chain of any kind, but I wanted to leave one for my favorite ....nnThere are other Starbucks locations that are more convenient for me - closer to work and home - but go to this specific store almost every day because the baristas that work here are just outstanding. They make my drinks perfectly, they bring a smile to my face every morning when I am dreading heading into work, and best of all, they have taken the time to get to know ME!nnThank you Milford CT Post Mall Starbucks for the friendly, amazing treatment you give me every morning. And for the excellent brew. See you in the am.
Pricey but strong and consistent unlike dunkin
Always the best service, I drive for work and I can honestly say this is the best establishment in ct. There’s one employee named CJ that always goes above and beyond and can always execute my drink with precision. 5/5 best service, always clean, friendly like all coffee shops should be.
