Went to get a battery for my car. The previous day I had went and had my battery tested. The guy was helpful and told me to try and charge it overnight. So I did and the next morning my car still wouldn’t start. I had went back to buy a battery to which the guy at the counter was very rude and had an attitude with me. I asked him if he could put my battery in for me to which he replied no because they were too busy (even though there are signs everywhere that say “free battery installment” and there was only one other person in the store. I would have waited but I guess that was not an option. I then told they employee that it was fine I’ll try to put it in myself at home however I needed my car to be jumped to get home. He then said to me “well why did you wait so long if your car didn’t start twice”. I explained to him we went went yesterday and it was recommended we go home and try to charge it first. He then did not even jump my car for me he handed me a jumper box and had me go outside and try to jump my car myself which I had never done before but I figured it out. Terrible service, employees don’t even seem to want to be bothered or work there. Will not be going back to advanced auto parts anytime soon.
