I’ve been to BJ‘s tire center in North Haven 3 different times for a tire fix due to a nail. Each and every time yes, there is one employee and I’ve been fortunate it’s Zach every time, the guy works alone and has to fix, install tires, take phone calls, computer / paperwork all while having people there waiting and others coming in with their own issues. I give him credit and he’s been awesome every time I go there and 30 min means 30 min. I have zero complaints. My go to for tire repairs.

Overall bad experience buying tires from here. Employee tried to get me to buy a more expensive tire even after I said I knew the tire I wanted. Only one tech in service and nobody answering the phone when you call. Worker was also very rude and didn’t seem to care about the work they were doing.

I had the worst customer service experience at the North Haven BJs today. I had a 9:30 appointment for tire replacement. Prepaid online. When I arrived I found out that my appointment was overbooked and that I’d have to wait an additional hour and a half, just to start work. The technician didn’t apologize and told me to call the “home office” if I didn’t like it. I found out that the appointment that bumped mine was for the mother of an employee, so basically an employee screwed me because they wanted the time slot. The technician was extremely rude and gave absolutely no apology. After he shoved a clipboard in my face and said “give me your keys” I decided enough of this. I canceled my order and my membership. My recommendation is to never use this place.

Do NOT come here to get any work done. The two employees are not only disrespectful but incredibly incompetent. They claimed I needed an invoice to verify that I had warranty for the full set of tires I bought less than a year ago. They then proceeded to look through their files and could not find their copy of the invoice. So, it's okay if they don't have the invoice on file but the customers have to? All of this can be fixed so easily by using a database, I mean it is 2019... They said they get audited time to time so they give away their copy of the invoice... You don't make another copy for the auditor? I dont know who manages this department but they're not doing a good job...if any job at all. The attitude of the employees are nasty and the work they do is terrible. Had more flats than I have ever in my life after getting work done here. Seriously, do not waste your time and money on this place, they don't deserve any business.nnEDIT: I had a receipt of the purchase of the full set of tires which came with a year warranty, apparently this was not conclusive enough that I should be awarded the warranty.
