A tree branch fell on the hood and side panel of my car. They did a great job. It looks like they may have even cleaned the inside and outside before returning it to me. Front desk staff made the process as easy and stress free as possible. The text updates ensured I was informed throughout the process so I didn’t have to call and ask what the status was.

I recently had my car repaired at North Haven Auto Body. Michelle was wonderful, she kept me informed about the process of my vehicle being repaired. She made an effort to give me consistent updates about my vehicle and what stage of repairs it was in. Highly recommend this business, if I need work done again I will be contacting Michelle.

Absolutely phenomenal and honest! They took care of my Subaru wrx that was involved in an accident and they handled it all including all the supplements to the insurance company. They kept me informed throughout the entire process with daily updates. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was clean inside and out. They are perfectionist and it shows. The color matching is spot on. I am so happy to be able to do business with another local small business that excels in customer service and expertise. Thank you North Haven Autobody!
