Greg was amazing! I think he is one of Town Fair tires Greatest Assets! I came in desperate need of 4 new tires for my Jeep. He knew exactly what I needed and explained the options very well for me and let me decide with out any pressure. Very easy to talk to! Job well done Greg! I want to thank the folks with Town Fair Tire in North Haven. I got an appointment quickly to fix a leak in one of my tires.. I went there an hour before the appointment. Kevin took my information right away. I was told I may have to wait. Eric came out within 5 minutes. He was finished in 10 minutes. Josh checked me out in 3 minutes. All very pleasant young men. I bought my car toTown Fair in North Haven this past Monday,October 19,2020 to see if they could fix the tire which was unable to be repair. The sales Manager ,Josh was very upfront with me from the moment he looked at the tire. The tire was under warranty because of the comprehensive hazardous road condition but I just had to pay for labor but I didn't have enough and Josh waived the fee. I thanked him ever so much for everything. Not only was Josh very nice but the other Sales manager was very nice as well.
