Had an amazing car buying experience thanks to Andy D. The whole process was simple and smooth. They have it to the tee. Able to take the car for a test drive on my own. Then came to a deal. They detailed the car and filled it up with a full tank. Plus, they gave me a goody bag with some awesome items. These folks know customer service. Would highly recommend.

It's a BMW dealership. Great people & amazing cars. Came and picked up my car (45 minutes away)& dropped off a brand new 2 series as a loaner.i love my American cars but BMW truly is next level.Don in service and his mechanic who went out with me on a test drive,Cory and Basel all treated me great!
A truly well run dealership for BMW. PAUL in the Parts department was extremely helpful in sourcing a part for me and making sure the fit was 100 percent correct.nnIt is the only parts department in the tri state area that picked up the phone.nnDrove 70 miles each way to get the part i needed and it was well worth it
BMW of North Haven was incredibly thorough, professional and accommodating. They were able to work with my schedule and even pick up my vehicle for service for me while I was at work. They have an incredible service and sales team, I highly recommend them.
