Sal was a good guy he worked hard installed 2 bran new HVAC systems for me last summer for over 20,000. At the end of last year one ac was acting funny he came back to refill it no charge that was great. This summer the same unit has failed and doesn't run. I called about that and to have him do the 1st year service for the furnaces. For approximately 2 weeks now I can't get a phone call returned, I can get a response from text but then no follow up on setting up a time to come out. I am highly disappointed that within 1 year of install the same unit has failed twice and the installer of the product doesn't seem to want to stand behind his own work, or look to see if it is a damaged machine covered under a warranty. I wouldn't use a contractor that doesn't stand behind a contractor who isn't willing to stand for their own work within a reasonable span of time.
Sal the owner is honest and reliable. I have been using Delucia Fuel for 27 years prices have always been fair.
Sal the owner, is by far the best oil man I've had in the 45 yrs, of living in North Haven. He is very fair and responds to you promptly and explains things to you. The honesty and piece of mind he offers is priceless.
Sal is fantastic. He is ultra responsive and fair to system issues and most importantly, fuel fills. I have never been able to depend on someone more than Sal and his crew.
