The electric pad for the overhead garage door got broken with my car and my only remote garage opener inside. To be able to work on the problem the overhead garage door technician had it to be opened but the built in lock did not work. To make the story short, Rich - Amity Safe & Lock Co. technician came really soon and did the job! He was really helpful, patient and polite. Thank you!

IM KINDA UPSET AND SHOCKED THAT WE TOOK A KEY INTO THE STORE AND HAD 2 COPIES MADE WHEN WE THAN TRIED THE COPIES THEY DID NOT FIT THE LOCK AND THAN THE DAY I WAS TAKING BACK THE KEYS TO HAVE THEM FIXED I LOST THE ORIGINAL KEY BUT STILL HAD THE 2 THEY MADE FOR ME I CALLED THEM THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AT 4:30 NOT EVEN AFTER HOURS AND WAS SHOWED THE 2 KEYS THEY MADE THAT DIDN'T WORK WE WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN IN THIS JAM IF THE COPIES THEY MADE WORKED AND I DO KNOW MISTAKES DO HAPPEN AND NOBODY IS PERFECT BY ANY MEANS BUT I'M UPSET ABOUT WE WAS CHARGED 199.00 DOLLARS ANYWAYS IT IS WHAT IT IS JUST THOUGHT WE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED THAT MUCH DUE TO IT PARTLY BEING THEIR FAULT. JUST A LESSON LEARNED AND THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE AND WILL CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCK SMITH NEXT TIME,,,,, GOD BLESS
