I went last Thursday to pick up my prescription, they said it’d be ready Friday so i went Friday they said it wasn’t ready. So I went yesterday(Tuesday) and they said they are out of stock and are getting a shipment in today(Wednesday) and that it would be ready today, I got two calls and a text message from cvs saying it was ready I went in just now and they said they still don’t have it and that it was an error or something and they don’t know why I got the calls or texts. Absolutely unorganized and unprofessional they do not understand some people need medication at certain times! Avoid going here.

I went to pick my medicine but staff is so rude and unprofessional don’t care about customer working less and just signing talking to each other and ignoring customer. Nancy the tech lady she said we need another 15 minutes! But it was not ready even after given time she is very Unprofessional not respectful.

Meds suppose to be ready on friday. Came to get Saturday still not ready. Girl said to they will be ready later in the day. Not 20 minutes later in the day. Unprofessional!

First they said that the medication for my daughter will be in tomorrow then the next day when i go to pick up the medication they don't have the amount of the medication for the perception in stock and then I'm am told there is a problem with filling the prescription ever though I was there the night before making sure everything will be all set to pick up the next day I don't know if the pharmacist understand that certain people need there medication or they can have serious issues or maybe it was to much to ask some one to do there job. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost these people have know idea what they are doing.

I've been going to the CVS for years and I've never had a problem with anyone the pharmacist are very polite friendly and I'm always greeted with a smile from the front door all the way back out the front door . Next time try saying hello and how are you it makes a big difference.
