Hey, Hibebe's my guy! Doesn't have much of a humor but I get him to show his teeth sometimes. This store as well as the owners have been around for decades. Everyone is like family around the way especially my Boi & his family. Overall I rate Congress mini market a 5 star joint. My only complaint is: open the store earlier at least once a week
