This place is awesome! Romero and his staff are very honest and helpful. I bought my car from them a year ago at a reasonable price including their drivetrain warranty. Recently I had a problem with my engine’s vanos system. I originally brought it to a dealer and they were saying I would potentially have to pay thousands of dollars to repair my car, despite the fact I have a warranty. I called Romero and he told me to bring the car to him to check it out. They ended up putting 20 hours of labor into the car to get it fixed. With that much labor being put into it, most mechanics would find something wrong with the car so they could take money from you. However these guys were completely honest and told me my warranty covered everything and I wouldn’t have to pay a dime. If you need to get your European car fixed, I would definitely recommend these guys because they’re friendly, professional, and honest.

I have never been a fan of extended warranties - too many scary stories of claims being declined and costs being passed on to the buyer. So it was with hesitation that I purchased one from CarHavn, as they explained their ‘cut the middleman’ approach. My 2015 MINI Countryman recently needed its valve cover gasket replaced, and the cost would have approached $1,000 out of pocket. My extended warranty paid for that with no deductible - I was so happy to get the claim approved! I also got a loaner car while the repair was being done. I feel very confident recommending CarHavn’s warranty to anybody buying a MINI Cooper!
