This was absolutely the best auto body shop I have ever used. My car had a great amount of damage from airborne debris generated by the tornado in September. There was both interior and exterior damage. Mike told me how long he thought it would take to repair the car but he also advised me that getting parts could cause delays because of Covid.nnCommunication - Mike kept me constantly informed on the progress. I never had to chase him to figure out how things were going or if there was a delay. He would text me photos every few days of the progress. So to say the least the communication was excellent.nnDealing with the insurance company - The insurance company estimate was made virtually. The estimate was not detailed enough to evaluate all of the damage. Mike communicated with the insurance company directly and handled all the supplemental Payments for the damage that was overlooked by the insurance company.nnWorkmanship - when I got the car back I could not believe how great it looked. It looks better than the day I bought it. There was both exterior and interior damage to repair and all of it was done to the highest quality. They went above and beyond and it definitely showed In the final results.nnI would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of interior or exterior auto body work. The next time I need auto body work done Powsner is where I am going!

The staff really makes you comfortable about how they will treat your property.The work is top notch and I tell everyone that I know that needs their automobile repaired to go see Powsner, they're great.

A Very Professional Place and Great Service

Always very busy.great local location small shop but the workers do a great job.my brother brought his car there they fixed his muffler and something else really quick and my brother was back on the road.they were very friendly and attentive.

Had my car repaired at Powsners. Had severe front end damage after an accident . Today my car looks brand new. Great job and service.
