Complete professionals, super friendly, knowledgeable and service/business hours are extremely accommodating to my crazy work schedule. Brought my Triumph in and in less than 24 hours was able to take it home. I live almost an hour away and this was my first time going to Libby’s and this will be where I take my motorcycle for service from now on.
I’ve bought a couple bikes at different dealerships before and this is hands down the best buying experience I’ve had. Gave me more than what other dealerships offered for my trade in and was very surprised. George and his family help me get set up on a beautiful Honda Africa twin. When I went to pick the bike up it was right when they were closing and everyone stayed after hours to help me finished the paperwork and take the bike home that day. George and his family are awesome people, best experience purchasing a motorcycle they even took are pictures with the new bike and mailed it to us.... Thank you!!!
Libby's came through for me when two other dealers in the state couldn't be bothered getting back to me. Apparently they didn't want my Business. George, his daughter Anna and sister Karen were all so helpful and treated us like we were family. It was nice to deal with people that cared. They are there and answering the phones and ready to answer all of our questions even in this time of craziness.
