I booked an appointment online, arrived to the office, was told the accountant is out of office. They didn't change/cancel appointment beforehand. Booked the second appointment, and then somebody called me and asked what the question was and told me to mail the papers myself. Again, my appointment was cancelled. I still don't know how to proceed, and have to look for professional help somewhere else.

We have had our taxes done by William Smith for about 5 years now. William Smith is so helpful and takes the time to explain everything and makes sure we understand it. We appreciate his thoroughness as well as his demeanor. He is an excellent Advisor and and we will definitely be back next year!
