I had 3 units. A 10x10 climate controlled, and 2 - 10x20 outside units. All were easy to use and easy access. One 10x20 unit had a small hole in the roof and I did get some minor water damage but it was nothing bad. Only outside of 2 few boxes. Surprisingly, only one box showed signs of a mouse trying to get in which I was happy with. Owney is very easy to work with. If I need o store anything else, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
We needed clean and inexpensive storage for a few years. I always felt secure in the storage facility. The office administrator is helpful and responsive.
Any time I had a question or needed to change the size of the unit, the staff was always helpful and professional, but friendly.
The on-site manager was very courteous and helpful, give me all the options presented to me with related programs ins. and Etc. and promoting my business cards. Thank you!
Good place for storage needs. They have climate controlled units.
