I had a brake pad come off on my way to Fort Peck and needed repairs done to get me back on the road, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a gentleman who offered me coffee and said the service manager would be in shortly. The service manager came in a few minutes later and said he could get the repairs done for me right away. In this day and age it is rare to get this kind of service, kudos to the Newton service and parts department and especially Jody the service manager, they had me back on the road in under two hours.

Buyer beware. Very poor customer service. Bought a car at Newton’s. After not even 24 hours of owning it, the check engine light came on. I called and they “looked at it” and reset the light. Not even a day later the light came on again. I called and was basically informed by the owner and salesman that they were not going to do anything about it. I even took the time to write a letter voicing my concerns. I received no response. So much for shopping local. To say the least, they do not service what they sell or even value the customers. I tried to shop local, and got burnt. I have bought numerous vehicles at other dealerships and never received service this poor. Buyer beware.
