This is the second time I have ordered from this shop, and I have had nothing but polite interactions and good service. Twice, I have gotten beautiful dresses at an excellent price! My special order did take a while to come, but I was told how long at time of order. The one I just received was in stock and came right away. Great prices, no hassle. Will definitely order again.

I just finished with all the planning of my second wedding and now that everything has settled down I can look back as see what it was that was so smooth. First of all, I needed 5 matching dresses since my entire bridal party was nieces and nephews under the age of 14. The dresses were special ordered and took 3 weeks to arrive, one was a matching plus size which I could not find any where else. They were bridal quality, and had satin lining. All of the dresses came wrapped in plastic and had never been out of the packaging. Over all I did not have tremendous expectations from a mail order from my years from ordering Avon. I kind of know what to expect, but these items were very satisfactory for the prices. I love that my dresses were made here in the United States.

THESE PEOPLE DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS, IT'S REQUIRED TO LEAVE A REVIEW:nFrom what I can tell this is a scam, the phone numbers are always busy. My daughter order a dress from them and the only information she received from them is a notice of the order and confirmation they took her payment. If this is a legitimate business at the very least they should have a recording identifying the company and you should be able to leave a message. I will make sure my review and option of this company is put on Facebook and any other social media apps I can think of.

I have been purchasing from Children's Dress Shop for many years. I have never had any problem with this company. I had a little misunderstanding one year because I expected the dress to come as if I were shopping from Amazon. But when I read the shipping policy it did say that the dress would take a few weeks to order from the manufacturer. Well, the dress wasn't going to get to us on time for Christmas day so I called the company and talked to Debbie who let me exchange it for a different new dress for my little granddaughter's birthday in May. I've always been pleased with the quality of the children's clothing from this company and I have ordered a lot. One year they had the jelly the pug line those were so cute. My granddaughters didn't want to take them off. I love this company as long as I realize that unless the dress is in stock it might take a few weeks to get the item from the company.

I am an uncle who took my niece to a baptism/ baby christening and had no clue what to put her in. I learned a thing or two about what dresses are for which occasion based off the setup of the website so that was neat. Not only was it the most amazing dress I have ever seen on a little girl, but it didn't break my bank either. The checkout seemed nice and easy. The dress arrived fast. I have a happy niece which means a happy sister which means I am happy.
