Like this Walmart better than the Waterbury Walmart.
Employees are very helpful. Whenever I ask about an item or what they always help me by looking for it and also gives me other options related to that item.nThey always say hi to me and other customers when you walk in. Well...of course if they are busy with customer or in the back putting stuff on shelf, they dont say hi.nThe reason I gave 4 stars is coz most items are bit pricey for just few items in the package.nStore just a bit tight, I wish they could expand their store since now the space next door is vacant used to be medical office, they should expand and put frozen foods and more selections like balloons for bday, etc. Other than that, they've been friendly and helpful
I usually have a pretty good experience at this store , obviously everyone goes for the discounted prices , I didn’t know that meant customer service was also discounted. It’s very rude when the cashier does not even acknowledge your presence but starts touching your stuff to cash you out. Also the woman who was cashing me out was speaking Spanish to another person in the store , mind you very talkative , I am also Hispanic, and when it came down to coming to ring me out I get nothing almost as if I am not worthy to talk to. Will not be supporting that store any longer.
Liz, Sue are the best. Friendly hard working girls. Store close for me. Second home.
Prices are good but one staff member is super nice and helpful. Only family dollar i go too.
