I was very happy with the repairs done on my vehicle. It was showroom quality. My thanks to Tony and Ray on a job well done. They kept me informed daily on the progress of the repair and completed the job on time. I highly recommend them. In fact my other vehicle needs some body work. I will be bringing it in next week for an estimate.

Every time you need the best body care after a accident, Ray's is the only place to go. He has been fabulous and a great friendship has come out of my needing car body repair. His staff is knowable and helpful, also with all the insurance paperwork, that follows a accident. He has cleaned up where his garage is on Baldwin Street, it has been taken it from a slum to a Palace, and Ray is the King. Best body shop around. Great service and great people...friendly and there to help with all your needs. My car was repaired like it had never been hit and after they had it finished they had it completely detailed inside and out! I highly recommend them!

Everyone at Ray's is friendly, compassionate, and professional. They care about their customers and give them the best service. I would recommend them highly. Needing body work on your car is stressful, but Ray and Tony went out of their way to make my experience less stressful. I want to thank them both for going above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. Ray made sure I got home safely and Tony made sure I had my car back looking as good as new. When the tree branch landed on my car I was worried because it caused numerous dents and scratches all over. I was able to make a quick appointment at Rays for assessment and repair despite the storm affecting so many of us at once. They not only repaired every mark, they used a 3 step process and were able to match my special pearl paint. They cleaned the interior. They took care of my Enterprise rental car return. Also, everyone at Ray's follows Covid-19 guidelines so I felt safe and respected.
