Kim is AMAZING! I drove from over an hour away to visit her salon and it was worth every minute! I first met with her for a consultation after finding her on Instagram. Not even a week later , and I have my new long, GORGEOUS extensions!nnAll my hair broke off after a bad bleach treatment. I was left with low confidence and bad hair. Kim was able to give me more than beautiful hair, she gave me my confidence and happiness back!nnFrom the moment I walked into her salon she was extremely professional. She talked to me about the process and helped me choose the correct color/ length. When I went in for the install, she had my extensions custom colored to match my hair. They look 100% natural, you cannot tell at all that I am wearing extensions. Kim is definitely skilled and an expert at her craft. Made the decision to get hair extensions last week for the first time with Kim Phillips. I did a lot of research on my own before hand and wanted to make sure they wouldn’t ruin my own natural hair. I looked into NBR extensions which looked like it would be a great fit for what I was looking for. From the first consultation to my first actual appointment I was put at ease that it would not ruin my own hair at all. Kim made me feel so comfortable and relaxed especially for a first time NBR extensions wearer! I have gotten a lot of compliments on my hair already :) loving my voluminous hair. Thanks Kim!
When salons were finally able to open again during phase 2, I had a phone consult with Kim and she was able to get me in and feeling beautiful again quickly!
