Just wanted to say, I never write reviews but I went to Diva Kidz, with my son looking for a tuxedo, the owner went out of her way to make him comfortable, he is normally very shy, but after trying on the jacket , pants we also needed shoes and she spent over 15 min looking for a pair to fit him, we walked out with the tux, the shoes and socks . one stop shopping.nwould highly recommend.
I’ve been trying to go there to find my daughter a dress and although their store hours are 10-9, they’ve been closed for the three days I’ve been going. I’ve called throughout the day to check if they’re open and no answer.... Get it together
The worst place to shop for your kiddos. They hate children. The lady made my daughter cry. I will never ever be back to this place. They have no manners, what a shame someone speaking your native language treats you like a piece of trash. I don’t understand, how they can be un business treating customers so poorly. The owner is even worst. And you will think that the owner is different she is worst. She won’t even look at your face, while you are taking.
Worst service! I bought a dress for my 8 moths daughter at this store at the Westfield CT Mall in Milford today March 16, 2019 Then I found a better dress in Macy’s so I went back to return it and the owner did not wanted to give me my money back. I was out of the store for 20 minutes only and she said she couldn’t do it due to the policy of the store. Which on the received said ”returned must be within 7 days” I was very disappointed. I will never return!
I was in the mall and did not go directly in to Diva Kids. However, I went to the play area in front of Diva Kids and my son really loves this area. Its wonderful for kids. Make sure you eat BEFORE you go to the play area bc the kids dont want to leave.
