The man and woman cashier working yesterday were very rude and judgemental. They lied about the rules, talked about me and other customers while were in the store, and was just overall rude (especially the woman.) They lost a few customers because of this. Buckland is where it’s at since the workers are actually nice and informative rather than unprofessional with an ugly attitude. Please hire better workers :)
Came to buy 2 shirts and staff was very judgemental and rude not chill whatsoever to other people purchasing stuff as I was at the counter.. I’ll stick to buckland the staff there is better!
BE CAREFUL OF CASH POLICY. Apparently if you pay in cash here, it makes your purchase non refundable and all they offer you is a gift card to their store after the money has already been spent. The sign they have posted is off to the side and tiny, covered up by something else when I went, and the cashier does NOT let you know ahead of time. Really bad policy especially during the holidays when everyone is shopping. Make sure you read the fine print.
