I love men’s warehouse clothing. It’s basically all I wear. From shower to accessories this place has an abundant amount of quality clothing at a very fair price to make up a whole wardrobe very quickly. There is always sales and I’m grateful for that. If you want an inside scoop, get on the email list because they have “midnight sales” and you can get quality items for up to 80% off. Just know your sizes and act quickly.nDownfall to the place is if you go in they take forever to help you. When they finally get around to you they are a great help but they can use a little bit better training on efficiency.nI did sit here for about an hour one day just so they can tell me that their seamstress could not fix the button on the pants I ordered from their website that came in missing a part. I was a little confused that this was the end result, and that I seemed in the wrong to assume that they can repair the faulty pants they sent me. Never the less I spend more money as I waited and my son had a blast trying things on. Maybe it’s a big strategy...! ud83eudd14

This place can have some nice selections but customer service could use some improvement, it’s used to be top notch.
Worst service and responsiveness Ever!! Multiple calls, never answering the phone when they are open, no return calls. We have a custom suit that needs to be fitted and ordered (which HAS to be ordered through TMW, sadly, for the wedding party) and clock is ticking!!! Horrible service. We feel trapped and I will NEVER recommend TMW. This is the second time we have had this issue (from two different locations.... that’s a clue!)
Linda is great! My husband has been shopping with her for the last 6 years. She helped him pick out the perfect tux for our wedding, and since then, he's worked with her to get multiple suits, shirts, ties and even shoes. She's always a pleasure to work with. His suits always fit perfect and she even makes sure I'm happy as well. Highly recommended!
