Terrible service!!!nnI bought a waist trainer from this store and the workers were rude and couldn't even do there job right. I came out of the place with the wrong product and incorrect size. Not to mention there was a hole in the waist trainer.When i can back and asked for an exchange the workers were nothing but rude and were trying to tell me I did not buy this product here. Even though I had my receipt. They are thieves and aren’t respectful of others.
Customer service wasn't only rude but woefully unhelpful. I'm unsurprising that this shop has so many negative reviews. I went in with my girlfriend and witnessed cashiers disrespecting shoppers in front of us. When it was our turn it seemed like we were unwanted and annoying the worker.
Thieves!! Their waist trainers are overpriced and ripped! I bought one that was ripped and they refused to give me my money back stay away from this place!
Terrible customer service
I liked it a lot, the service to the customer, they have good quality of strips the truth that they are the best in the world I will return again and again to these store. good job shape up girls.
