Paid for a suit and altercation for a wedding. 2 days before the wedding nothing had been done due to the quarantine. It was a nice suit so i said id still like to keep it. Had to call numerous times to reach someone to see if it was ready. When finally it was ready, i tried on there and the alteration was terrible the taper from thigh to calf was crazy. When I asked to get it fixed they said id be charged again for it. I said it was late and the alteration was wrong. Employer proceeded to say “you mustve put on some weight”. Is that how you talk to a customer. Unbelievably lousy service. Just spend more somewhere else to get quality service.
This place has really nice things
I paid for a jacket and a shirt. I paid for the adjustment on the jacket . They forgot to charge me for a adjustment to the Sleeves. Charge me an extra 25 offer to give the shirt back that was more than the 25 (shirt never been worn it was in the store the whole time) they wouldn’t take it. They lock you in to make you pay more money They are not flexible I would recommend anyone to shop there.
Terrible experience. I felt pressured to buy something as you talk to the associates. Could not get my pants right and try to tell me what my size is. Beware there are no refunds on anything. I will never go back there
You will look fabulous and up to date fashions. Prices are great and they know how to dress you from head to toe. Hat,shoes,socks,and completed outfits
