Flat tire southbound on RT 95 at 11:30 pm on a Sunday Night - South of New Haven at Exit 38. I called Pruven after Google search. Pruven arrived quickly and the mechanic Bill was courteous, professional and safety conscious. Pruven changed the tire and had me on my way in no time. I highly recommend them for roadside service. Bill was excellent in helping out my son who was stranded just outside of Milford. He got there in about 15 minutes, identified the problem (alternator) and had the car fixed immediately - I was very relieved and impressed by the quick and professional service. Thanks, Bill!
