Sam VanAllen, we take great pride in our work and for the record you insisted on using your transmission parts that you provided even after we told you they were insufficient, and secondly the last time your car was repaired by us was in 2014. Did a good job fixing the power window in my 47 Caddie, but the car came back with a rattle in the door where the window was fixed. They offered to take the car back but couldnt do it while I wait. Unfortunately, I dont have time to go through the whole drop off and pick up proceedure. Im a little disappointed. It was my only experience with these guys and I have heard they are great otherwise, so maybe its just bad luck.
