Julian was amazing! I arrived at the dealership around 1pm and my new car was in my garage by 3:30pm! Julian responded to all of my emails and texts faster than anyone I’ve ever worked with. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and just all around a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Julian and Milford Mazda.

Stopped by here to check out different trims, with my sister, and I am sooooo glad we did! Mark came out, approached us expeditiously but in a very conversational manner. It was very easy to get details without feeling like he was being too pushy. He wasn't pushy AT ALL as a matter of fact and being both female he made it a very enjoyable experience as there is always that chance that you get some shovenistic jerk!!! I highly recommend Mazda of Milford and DEFINITELY ask for Mark Wade!!

After visiting numerous dealerships in the area, it was an absolute pleasure to find Mazda of Milford, especially Mark. Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable, and pressure-free. He was ready to help us with whatever we needed without trying to push us into a sale. While we didn’t end up buying a Mazda, I would happily go back to Mazda of Milford to buy from Mark any day!

In one word JULIAN! He is the reason we keep going back. Our 6th Mazda! His customer service is exceptional and he tells it like it is. We know we are getting the best deal possible. We love our Mazda 3 and CX-5.

They informed me of everything and provided a variety of options before I made my final decision.
