Tried to fix my mirror, did a halfway job and called it a day, a week later it broke again. He owned up to it and fixed it again which I appreciate, until he tried to charge me to do so. As a business owner you must own up to your mistakes and fix them. It did not cost him any parts to fix this, just a hours time, which he should have put in for free to keep a customer happy. Would have been worth it in the long run.nnAnother thing, he put a sizable dent in my car and tried to cover it. Appreciate the honesty but really shouldn’t have tried to charge me when you dented my car. If it was a new car I wouldn’t have walked out of there like I did.
