Great selection even during a pandemic.
Being a newbie to the New haven county area, this store is absolutely a gem. Conveniently located and friendly staff, affordable groceries. This is pretty great.
I love the feeling of this home town market. I go because of the friendly atmosphere and the conveniences this store offers. However, today I was disappointed with the fact that they have changed their bottle return policy to only accept returns for what they sell and that has made it a bit more inconvenient for me. Unfortunately, I will be going there less because of this and going to a place on bottle return day that accepts all my retirns.
I have asked several times about FAGE Cherry yogurt. They kept telling me there is no room or sticker for it. Yet they have 2 rows of Strawberry. what's up with that . I have to go to Stop&Shop. And the Managers are not friendly at all i am in the store 2-3 times a week and never get a hello..Why don't they have help taking your groceries out when you have a big order.
As an instacart shopper big y is my favorite store to shop at. All the employees are helpful and can quickly help.me find items. The cashiers are fast and friendly.
