Great people had no problem get my car will buy again when this car dies!!!
We purchased a car about a month ago. We instantly had a problem. The service was a joke and absolutely no follow up or common courtesy to reach out or give any customer acknowledgement. If I could give a zero for quality assurance I would.
After my initial call with this dealership I had to do a google search to see if my experience was out of the norm but apparently not. Crass is an understatement of how I was greeted and spoken to and this dealer took the joy and excitement right out of my potential purchase. At a certain age you realize relationships and experiences have just as much to do with a purchase as the purchase itself and after 30 seconds on the phone I knew this wasn't a company I wanted to do business with. I was talked down to, my concerns dismissed and to speak frankly had my name not been Rashad I wonder if my interaction would have been different. Very disheartening experience - think twice before doing business with these men.
Everyone was great and very helpful through the whole process. Would highly recommend them!!!
