Just purchased a Jeep from West End for the first time. Zach was a really awesome down to earth guy and super informative about how the whole process works. I was also shocked to see when I went to pick up my vehicle finally, it had a full tank of gas. I am in love with my Jeep and I highly recommend West End!
Zach was awesome. Great communication, lots of extra attention to detail like filling up the tank for us, and he even gave me his own personal phone charger to keep when my phone was dying. Very well priced vehicles and great quality!

Where do I even start ! Zach you are truly amazing ! After reading west ends reviews I knew I had to take the trip from Massachusetts to go see Zach which helped that he had my dream car ! We purchased our van and had a couple of hiccups with it ( transmission issues ) and because the year we didn’t have any kind of warranty but let me tell you Zach took care of us and towed my car all the way from mass to Connecticut and he fixed every issue I had ! I don’t think you will ever find a nicer more genuine person to deal with I would drive 10,000 miles to buy another car from west end ! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else go to west end you will not be disappointed I promise!
West end Automotive Center is one the best car dealerships in town! Zach is a very reliable and the customer service and services are great. He takes pride in his work and how he runs his business. If you need to buy a car or have anything done to the car you own now, i would recommend going to west end automotive!
