I was in town visiting and thought I would book an appointment with my old salon from when I lived in the area. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early because there was paperwork I needed to fill out.nnAfter waiting over 30 mins, in finally got a call explaining that there was no hot water. They offered to wash my hair in cold water for the ‘ritual’ deep conditioning I had booked before my haircut. That didn’t sound appealing at all, and they didn’t offer to just do the haircut without the ritual...so I just ended up cancelling the appointment.nnI would have at least liked a haircut and might have suggested that but after being made to wait 30 mins with no welcome or explanation, I decided this was karma telling me not to get my hair cut here. So disappointed. This used to be a great salon when I lived here.
The person I choose to see is Rosie. She knows how to handle my hair and what products to use while cutting it in its natural state.
I’ve been going here for years, every 4 weeks. Wouldn’t go any where else! Great atmosphere, very attentive and friendly staff, and Hope is an amazing stylist!
Friendly and caring staff. Highly qualified. I feel really pampered when I go there. Would recommend it to anyone looking to feel really special!
