Food isn't bad. I feel that my order was forgotten but the waitress told me everyone else was ordering fied foods!?! I had ordered some fried food as well... Anyway, the papa burger has cheese but descriptions are not on the menu. The Polar Swirls are really good!

Staff were friendly, food was delicious. Lobby was closed but drive in worked out just fine.

A REAL DRIVE-IN!!! It was awesome to drive-up and have someone bring out the food. I felt like when I was a kid. If you go near Deer Lodge, stop in and experience the past where it is still alive

We stopped on our way home on July 5th because it's our favorite fast food & we very seldom get it so it's a treat. We got there and looked at the menu for about 5 minutes before someone came to our car (which is fine because we are indecisive). A girl ran to our car, got our order, ran back, ran to get a few more orders & back inside. She brought our order out & then sprinted to another car because apparently an order was incorrect. There was a car parked at the other end of the lot whose occupants were loudly & clearly dissatisfied. A male came out to talk to them which didn't seem to please them, but he ran back into the building. We called the girl over to our car only to discover the male that we saw is the cook and only 2 people were working. We gave her a tip & we gave the chef $5. Nobody needs to be yelled at like that. Thank you both, I hope you know that our family enjoy A&W & we will be back!

Great small-town restaurant, kind of off the beaten path but well worth the trip through town!
