I love this store ( in Meriden Ct) the associates are so helpful and courteous. Always a pleasure to shop there.
Staff is wonderful, they greet you as soon as you walk in and offer hand sanitizer and a shopping bag. Their sanitizer is always the best smelling. Store always looks like it came out of a catalogue and they have such a large variety of scents lotions, perfumes, sanitizers, soaps, room sprays, and car frangance.
This place is horrible!!! 10 customers waiting outside! Stores hours on door and website says it opens at 10am and it is now 11:15am No one has come outside to say a word.. Not we are experiencing an issue we will be with you in a moment... Poor customer service!! And business!!!! One of the workers finally comes out to tell us they can't open until 12:30am due to inventory!!! What the heck does that have to do with us!!!! Your inventory should have been done!!!!! Or do it not on store hours!! Ir have someone come just to work on inventory in the back while someone else makes sales!!! I will be calling cooperate!!!
The staff is always very helpful and greet you soon as you walk in the door it's a great place to shop.
This store has the BEST staff! They never hesitate to help you find exactly what you need! Far drive but worth it! :)
